Angela keeps the Innolect team on track by providing leadership to client engagements, project management cycle and the knowledge management system. She also is responsible for supporting HR and identifying best practices/process improvements to increase overall operational efficiency. With over 20 years experience, she has extensive knowledge of large scale operating environments. Angela is particularly effective at creating a seamless process to maximize available resources and make critical decisions in a time sensitive environment. One of her proudest achievements was when she carried the Olympic torch in the torch relay before the Los Angeles games.
