Often, an organization’s leaders know that change is needed. But the challenge is to choose from the myriad of possible places and priorities that could be tackled.

Or, leaders amyhave a very clear picture of what type of overall change is required. However, the plan, methods and tools to implement the change need further consideration and definition.

Innolect Program Expertise in Assessments serves leaders in both situations. Our Assessments identify strengths, weakness, opportunities and clear prescriptives for improvement. Assessments fall into three categories.

  1. Innovative Intelligence Quotient (I2Q). This proprietary product, available only from Innolect, is a way for leaders to assess an organization’s current status, as well as readiness and adaptability to major change.
     
  2. Issue/Opportunity-Specific Assessments. Innolect Associates are also experts at how to assess the factors driving a specific issue or opportunity, and then develop an appropriate action plan.

    For instance, Innolect Associate Drew Dougherty assisted a client
    Responding to a Customer Crisis with an intensive assessment of the sources of rising customer dissatisfaction. He then facilitated the client’s use of the information in a disciplined action planning session involving leadership and frontline employees.
     
  3. Leading Edge Assessment Skills and Tools. Client needs in organizational excellence run the gamut -- from Leadership Development to Coaching to Process Improvement. Innolect Associates as a whole have “Expert” and “Master” certifications in a wide range of advanced organizational assessment skills and tools.

    Some of the skills and tools used were proprietary Innolect products, for example, the
