Dana helps individuals and organizations successfully navigate change and discover what is possible. Recently, she developed an executive development strategy for a client that was customized to meet its goal to retain key talent across diverse groups within the organization. As a result, approximately half of those employees who participated in the program received a promotion. And most importantly, all remained with the company despite a market downturn and other organizational challenges. Dana is not one to shy away from testing new waters. She once went snorkeling in the Bahamas with minimal swimming experience and found herself surrounded by dolphins.
