Each Driven to Perform group experience is custom-tailored to the interests, issues and goals of a specific client group. However, all Driven to Perform experiences involve:
 Facilitated group discussions of topics chosen by the client- Exploration of principles of high-performance teams
- A “Pit Crew Operations Challenge” which allows teams to learn individual strengths in the context of achieving a goal
- Individual opportunities to drive, ride in, or observe a high-speed drive
- Future goal setting and action planning
