driven to perform

Innovative design and execution is a trademark of Innolect approaches to Leadership and Management Development and Training and Facilitation. We’re committed to developing experiences that achieve business goals while leaving lasting impressions upon participants.

richard pettyOne of the most unique is a proprietary Innolect product called Driven to Perform. Envisioned by CEO Deb Jacobs and developed by Innolect Associates, including Leadership expert Peter Norlin and Training and Facilitation experts Dave Ruszkowski and Becky Ripley, Driven to Perform is the only national program that combines team development for executives and managers with high-excitement driving.

Through Driven to Perform participants experience teambuilding and risk taking in the environment of a NASCAR speedway. Innolect offers Driven to Perform in conjunction with the renowned Richard Petty Driving Experience in professional speedways in 21 states.

Each Driven to Perform group experience is custom-tailored to the interests, issues and goals of a specific client group. However, all Driven to Perform experiences involve:

  • Facilitated group discussions of topics chosen by the client
  • Exploration of principles of high-performance teams
  • A “Pit Crew Operations Challenge” which allows teams to learn individual strengths in the context of achieving a goal
  • Individual opportunities to drive, ride in, or observe a high-speed drive
  • Future goal setting and action planning

Recently, the Vice President of Licensing and Development for a major pharmaceutical company engaged Innolect to take senior division managers from three divisions in the U.S. and Europe through a two-and-half day Driven to Perform experience.
