A leading authority on organizational communication, Larry has achieved distinction through numerous publications, including over 25 books and 100 research articles on such topics as group facilitation, listening, nonverbal communication, creativity and coaching. His many honors include the Golden Quill of Merit from the International Association of Business Communicators, awarded for a corporate communication program he developed for a Fortune 100 company. He also serves as executive coach for high level executives. One of his coaching achievements was featured on ABC’s 20/20. Larry’s outside interests include tournament bass fishing and tournament blackjack. He was the 2007 Player of the Year on the Tournament Blackjack Association’s national tour.
