Margaret is particularly adept at showing clients how culture and technology affect employees’ listening, comprehension, and communication skills. She likes to help people and organizations face their fears and develop strategies for overcoming them. She believes the catalyst for growth comes when people are forced outside their comfort zones and embrace change. Margaret has worked with numerous community and organizational leadership programs to build leadership teams, promote coalition building, and increase the awareness. She has taught at the Oklahoma College of Business and is presently on the faculty of the Department of Communication and Journalism at Auburn University. When she is not helping others sharpen their focus, Margaret enjoys being out in nature with her camera.
