Our Capability Practice Area includes:

- Assessments – evaluating and making recommendations on the current state in relation to future needs
- Development Plans, Products, Services – coaching and facilitation of individuals and teams using nationally and internationally recognized assessment instruments, as well as proprietary Innolect tools
- Integrated Efforts – ability to enhance Capability in context of Clarity, Connectivity and Complexity initiatives and goals
The Capability Practice Area is particularly unique due to the depth, breadth and overall quality of the Innolect Associates specializing in this area. Their experience combines a minimum of 15 years of coaching and facilitation experience, with management experience in the design and implementation of Human Resources systems, with advanced education and training in Psychology, Social Systems Research and Adult Learning and Development.
