Through
our Complexity Practice Area, Innolect partners with leaders and
their organizations to implement tools and behaviors to improve
effectiveness and efficiency. We accomplish this through three broad
categories of organizational guidance and support:
- Reduce overall complexity with initiatives that streamline business activities and processes
- Introduce and/or expand comprehensive process improvement initiatives
- Achieve cultural alignment and Connectivity by addressing the cultural component of technically-oriented change initiatives
Many
organizations specialize in either roll-outs of technical programs
or culture change. In contrast, Innolect combines the ability to
apply direct concepts and techniques of technical change with expertise
in the often-overlooked elements of communication and culture that
ensure success. Typical Complexity activities would include:
- Steering Group Development and Guidance. Work with Steering Group to align general objectives, focus areas and concerns.
- Assessment. Determine organizational dynamics that would support or detract from an initiative. Make clear recommendations on overcoming specific obstacles and threats to success.
- Roles, Responsibilities, Accountabilities. Help client identify and provide development coaching to key initiative leaders and teams.
- Communications Strategy and Plan. Develop and implement a communications strategy and plan that continually creates awareness and promotes an initiative.
- Implementation.
Develop
and support an implementation strategy that is “paced” appropriately
to gain trust while achieving operational objectives.
- Training and Facilitation. Design and implement a phased approach to align training with desired business results. Facilitate teams to effectively use new tools and methodology.
Associates specializing
in our Complexity Practice Area have successful track records and
an average 20-plus years in strategic planning, design and application

improvement technologies and approaches. They are flexible professionals
who adapt quickly to a company’s style, and gain the confidence
of senior leaders, managers and employees, of collaborating effectively
with a client’s internal staff.
