Rad is a licensed psychologist who specializes in change management and executive development. He understands the dynamics of human resources and organizational development – from team building and succession planning to Total Quality management. Before he became an Innolect consultant, he worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer in two different large Fortune 500 companies. Rad has also acted as the dean of St. Edward’s University and taught at several other universities. He believes that the organizations that inspire people to give their best gifts can exceed beyond their greatest aspirations. Rad enjoys taking on new challenges and next plans to motorcycle across Australia
