Becky finds it exciting to peel back the layers of her clients’ concerns to determine the root cause of their problems. She uses these insights to help them find lasting solutions. Recently, she worked with a large pharmaceutical firm to facilitate team meetings that established role clarity, accountability, and improved performance standards. After implementing team-building and role-playing activities, the team exceeded its leader’s expectations, in spite of a challenging corporate restructuring.
