Tim helped a national equipment servicing company with 200 branch locations improve the consistency of its retail telephone sales from office to office and increased sales by 20% in just six months by developing a 10-step telephone procedure, facilitating a skills-based training program, and creating recognition and incentive programs. He also opened a leadership school for teens and young adults to discover their unique talents and abilities. Tim isn’t afraid to take a courageous leap. He once went bungee jumping.
